Right of withdrawal
Under EU consumer-protection rules for distance sales, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.
For hygiene and safety reasons, this right does not apply to food/supplement products whose seal has been opened or removed after delivery.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
Faulty or incorrect items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact us right away — we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund, at no extra cost to you.
Refunds
Once your return is approved, the refund is issued to your original payment method via Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days.
