From my own transformation to yours

My journey didn't start in a gym — it started with wanting to feel better in my own skin. I struggled with energy, confidence and consistency, just like many of the people I now coach. When I discovered how the right nutrition and training could change everything, I went all in.

I qualified as a personal trainer, became an Independent Herbalife Member, and made it my mission to help people across Cyprus and Greece build healthier, stronger lives — without crash diets or impossible routines.

Today I coach clients both online and in person in Nicosia. Whether you want to lose weight, build muscle or simply feel more energetic, I'll give you a plan that fits your real life — and I'll be there every step of the way.
