When you place an order, we collect your name, email, phone number and shipping address — the minimum needed to fulfil and deliver your order.
When you contact us via WhatsApp, phone or email, we keep that communication so we can assist you properly.
We never store payment card details ourselves — these are handled entirely by our payment provider, Stripe (see below).

To process and deliver your order.
To communicate with you about your order (e.g. confirmation, shipping updates).
To respond to enquiries or coaching/consultation requests you submit voluntarily.
Payments via Stripe
Payments are securely processed by Stripe, a globally recognised payment provider. When you pay, you're taken to a secure Stripe-hosted page — we never see or store your card details.
Data retention
We retain order records for as long as required for accounting and tax purposes, in line with applicable law.
